With more than 20 years of high-level sales and advisory experience, he works closely with business owners to help them understand buyer expectations, improve transferability, and strategically prepare for a future exit.
Michael's experience working with both buyers and sellers gives him unique insight into what increases valuation, what creates buyer concern, and what often causes deals to succeed—or fall apart.
In addition to his business brokerage experience, Michael is also a licensed Oregon Realtor, sales consultant, and trainer. His approach is grounded in strategic thinking, relationship-building, and long-term value creation.
